Been there several times now, haven't had a bad experience. Been ordering rice bowls, so good I'm afraid to try anything else. Service has been top notch every time. Staff is friendly and helpful. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Fantastic everything, highly recommend!
This is no ordinary Pepper Jacks. Stopped in tonight for a late dinner and was greeted by the most friendly staff ever (Jarrod, Michael and Sam). They were extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was fantastic and made to order my steak bowl. From the fresh steak to the cleanliness of the lobby, this place is awesome. If you're looking for a keto friendly dish, I highly recommend the steak bowl.

Great food, great prices, friendly employees. I don't like that they are now weighing the amount of fries you get. I get the reason but now it seems like you get a pinch of fries compared to what you used to get.
My maps history says I've stopped in every month or two for at least the last year, and I'm sure I've kept that pattern up for a few years now, at least since the Iowa City location closed. The Philly steak sandwiches are great, but I've been hooked on the steak nachos for a while, and double-meat is always worth the upgrade! I like my food saucy, and they always deliver here!

The GM is amazing. She provides great service and makes sure the staff do as well. She knows the regulars and remembers my name, which means a lot that she pays attention, especially since I have dietary restrictions! My only complaint is that I wish there was a brown rice option. That would be perfect!
First time here, and everything was great. We were greeted promptly, food was cooked right in front of us, all the toppings done just right, two meals with fries and a drink for 35. The place was clean and the employees were friendly.
